Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for this to take place. The calculator must be returned in new condition with no signs of wear. All components and documention that came with the calculator must also be included. Any visable wear or abuse of the calculator will result in only a partial or no refund at all. If the calculator does show wear or abuse, please bring it to our attention before sending it back.

All software comes with "try before you buy" option (Jobber Computer Plus - 30 days, Advantage software - 15 days). With that in mind, once any of these have been licensed or registered, no refunds will be issued....no exceptions.

LIMITED 6 MONTH WARRANTY

The Jobber 6 comes with a limited 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defects. If your Jobber is experiencing any problem not caused by human error or neglect, you can return it to Jobber Instruments Construction Calculator Company for a complete repair at no charge. If the calculator cannot be repaired, we will swap it out for another one. There is no charge for this repair/service or the return shipping (UPS Ground or USPS). You are responsible for the shipping of the defective calculator back to Jobber Instruments Construction Calculator Company. Again, as stated above, if the calculator shows signs of abuse or from typical "wear and tear", it is not covered under this warranty. You will be responsible for the repair charge and return shipping.
